Cheap gas and liquor ~chad

I dropped my car off Dec 23th 2018, items that needed to be replaced/fixed : upper & lower control arms, all 4 wheel bearing hubs, all 4 rotors & pads, and o2 sensor on the downstream. It's now Feb 25th 2019 and my car still isn't done. Now mind you I asked 2 separate parties their opinions on this matter both giving me the same answer. 2days to correctly complete the items listed. This is unacceptable. ~Tiki

Simply the BEST Chinese food in the entire area! Prices are relatively cheap! And the portions are LARGE! You won't leave hungry. The restaurant was clean, and our server was friendly and prompt. EVERY food item was cooked to perfection. Would I go again? I wouldn't hesitate! ~Edward

We seated outdoor in a nice sunny day so the ambiance was great. The menu seem to have a good balance of healthy stuff and decadent dishes. We had baked pretzel which was just alright. The crab cakes were very good. Waffle with short ribs was ok. Steak bowl was bland. Baked Cod with lemon was also average. The wine selections were quite good. The service was good. ~Tiaranad

After having had no luck finding a shop in R.I. to repair a battery powered clock, I found Pen and Pendulum on the internet. A phone call was answered courteously and I was told that they would gladly take a look at my clock. I drove from Middletown RI to Mattapoisett. The staff Was very professional and assured me that they could effect a repair in one week's time. True to their word, they called three days later to say that the clock was repaired and for the estimated price. I couldn't be happier with my dealings with this firm! ~Patrick

I have been with the credit Union since it was opened by branch manager, Marianne Decosta back in 2010 who ran a very customer service friendly branch who always put the customer first and worked with everyone. The last 2 years there with this new manager has been a nightmare. Customer service has been thrown out the window. The bank managers personality is not what you would expect at a bank or credit Union. They lack any type of personality unless of course your from Mattapoisett or Marion. I’ve seen it first hand on several occasions being treated differently while conducting my banking. Well 11 years later and I had enough of this treatment the last 2 years. I pulled everything out and went somewhere else where they friendly customer service ~Todd
