I went there for the Deep Stretch class with Melissa and i was amazed. She is very knowledgeable about the human body. She kept the class straight forward but casual at the same time. It was a full class but she called everyone by their name and helped everyone with the moves. The studio is beautiful and has great decorations. I loved the bamboos in the window. The music was great and the ambiance is very refreshing. They have all the props you just have to show up. The pricing is totally reasonable, i signed up for more classes. ~Bori
