Best & most honest mechanic I have ever met ! Always professional, and will always give you a heads-up before doing any un-planned work. During my last tire rotation, Bill noticed I would need rear brakes soon, so he called me let me know the brakes could wait until my next oil change (in a couple months) or if I preferred he could replace the brakes now. Kept shutting off gas pump company brownoser on the inside . no problem pulled out went to Mobil they had no problem with me leaving pump on and taking my money ~AW
