Unbelievable how many times you have to remind these “medical professionals” to have your prescription filled ( every single time )and then you show up when you’re supposed to and they say that they ran out earlier that day. Nobody called to let me know and now I must wait till Thursday. Unacceptable and far from professional. ~Shane

If you enjoy going to a store where finding help is next to impossible this may be the place for you. There is rarely an employee to be seen even to help you check out. Honestly don't know how they don't get robbed. The pharmacist is a whole other story. She is extremely rude and completely inappropriate. I have been there numerous times where she has customers on speakerphone. ( HIPPA, hello?) She can't understand people's names so she asks for your full birth date including year to find you in the system. CVS you can do better. ~Cbcjvm6
