Always friendly and they know my name and ask how my dogs are. They even give me dog treats. If there is any fraud issues I get a text right away. I love having their mobile app to have a great idea of how much money I have in my accounts. For a while I just had a savings account with them and a checking account with a big bank. After running into so many issues with the big bank; I closed my account and went to Middlesex for everything. ~Beth
