I have had the worst experience of my life. Ive had to pay more to this bank then i EVER have in any other bank. Everytime i turn around my accounts negative an then im $200 in the hole. I cant keep affording this. Im sick of feeling like Independent Bank is ripping me off. So far they have took two of my paychecks because of my situation. Im so over it. ~Tasha

UP DATE- 6-10-21 Still have received no service on my mower and its 2 years old. Lots of promises about checking it over every year. I understand the covid 19 problem but my phone still works. Can't comment on the service here because I've had none. Guess I exspected to much. Guess you have to be a lawn care company to get things checked over. ~John

Great place to stop in for a bite to eat or refreshment. Stopped in on Friday nite on our ride to Muskegon from Clio. Very fun setting and staff as well. Bri & the staff handled the influx of us 5, and about 25 other bikers showing up due to passing rain, on top of an already full house, Friday nite crowd. Best Bar in Town ~Jason

O stars, 2 employees outside smoking when I and another customer arrived, no help at the pharmacy, no help at the checkout either. Waited for the 2 employees to take their sweet slow time to get back to work and come inside and wait on us. I was ready to walk out and ask if my items were free. This is the second time this week this has happened. ~Gregg
