Not an experience I would recommend. It is a challenge to cancel your contract like previously stated by others, and if for some reason you are unable to cancel they will rack up an enormous amount to be sent to collections. If you have a membership of $35 and try to cancel mid-term, there is absolutely NO reason a collections account should open for over $1,400. Unacceptable. ~Derk

O'Reilly Auto Parts

Noting is worse than realizing you have the wrong parts, when you car is torn apart. Jake sold me the wrong brake pads, SC1124, when i called, to complain he claimed they were the right pads, when I told him I looked them up on line myself, he said my bad. Wow - I don't know about their other customers, but I hate getting lied to. I talked to the Manager Cliff, who didn't like the criticism, and hung up on me. He obviously needs some Customer Service training. They made it clear they didn't want me as a customer, and I will NO LONGER use O'Reillys. There are other car parts companys right down the road, and I will continue to use them. ~Brian

Fremont Ace Hardware

Inquired at the store for help choosing floor stain and clear coat for hardwood floors. The "paint" associate pointed at the exterior house paints. I told him that was the exterior house paint section and that im looking for interior floor stain. He offered no further help so i sought out a different store associate. He showed me the "floor stains" and i chose the color i wanted, bought the two quarts that were available on the shelf and put two more on order. After applying one coat of the stain and it began to dry, the color saturation was really dark in some areas and really light in others. I called the store back and explained the situation. She looked up what i had on order to know for sure what was purchased and applied to the floor and then told me what i purchased and used wasn't meant for hardwood floors at all. I explained to her that i had already been thru the expense of renting a sander and purchasing sandpaper and all the hard work of sanding the floors and cleaning all of the sawdust top to bottom from the house so i could begin the staining process, placed my dog in boarding for two days to get the floors completed, then applied the product i was directed toward purchasing and now im being told what i used was incorrect and i would probably have to resand the floors. She said, "Yes, probably" and i then said, "Which is probably going to be bad for my floors, and that is even IF i can get it all back up again" to which she said, "Yes, that is likely". The offer that was made to me was return of the money i spent on the two quarts of product i used and the paintbrush i also purchased. She refused to give me 24 hour free usage of the store rental sander. I was so upset with the situation that i became emotional and was crying yet, there wasn't true accountability from their end beyond refunding the money spent on the incorrect product that THEIR store associate directed me toward, and, despite the fact there is a good chance my dining room floor is ruined beyond restoration. The floor is original to my family home and is over 100 years old. Very poor customer relations. Total lack of empathy and accountability beyond a refund totaling approximately fifty bucks. Will never return nor will any of my friends or family purchase so much as a dry wall nail from their store. ~Dianna
