Even after the price increase to $1.25 for many items, it's still a good store to save money over many others. Seasonal and party goods, greeting cards, cleaning supplies, and many more... ~Ed

I had a great experience setting up my new business account and acquiring startup funding. I was referred by Darryl Horton at the Small Business Development Center and if all referrals work out this great, I will be a huge success in my endeavor. My account was taken on by the very capable hands of Jacky Halliwill. Jacky is the consummate professional, attention to detail and follow through at the highest level. My advice to anyone who is considering starting a business is to work with the SBDC and then turn your proposal over to Jacky who will bring it to fruition. I can't thank her and Commercial Bank enough. ~John

Multiple issues with this entity. Have to continue to call and request corrections on accounts---had my account switched to a "premier" account charging a monthly fee without my signature. Now have to go up to sign a document to have account changed. Not a one time issue with these folks--has continued over many years. ~willie

The customer service, particularly by Julie and Courtney is exceptional. They greet me by name and are friendly yet very professional. I would highly recommend the Mason branch of 5/3 based solely on these 2 employees alone. They are excellent at their jobs. ~Joseph

Love coming here whenever I’m in town! Great bookstore with delicious coffee. The wifi connection is really strong and they have an extra big room to the right of the bookstore area with tables and chairs for you to work or chat. Great spot! ~Alicia

Such a cute boutique in Mason, MI. They have a great and stylish selection of clothing. Also the employees are amazing and always have a smile on their faces. ~Veronica
