This is my first experience with a storage unit and it's great. Nice website with the ability to automatically process a card each month so I don't have to send a check or even think about it. Everything is brand new so it's all in good shape and very nice. Gated access and security cameras, so that's good, plus it's within walking distance of my house. I'd highly recommend this place, if you can find availability. ~Jason

Someone should call the Heath Department!! Fountain machine has been cleaned in forever by the looks of it . Slimy build up and maggots. The store is just gross! ~Shilah

There is only one employee on duty, which effects the customers because there are trip hazards everywhere in the store, and products are not easily viewed. ~Aka

This place is awesome! We went yesterday for the first time and were very impressed. The prices are slightly higher on some items but that is normal for a smaller grocer, plus the convenience of not having to drive to Hastings and supporting local is worth it! It was very clean. The staff is friendly and helpful. The meats all look amazing. They have a little of everything you would need. We likely will make this our primary grocery store. ~Heather

We have had good experiences here so far. We ordered the asian flatbread online and promptly got a call that they were out of green peppers. They were very polite about it and it wasn't a big deal at all, we said just make it without. When it came it was still delicious, even without the green peppers. The employees have always been nice, and we will order again. ~Heather

I called Chris with a last minute floral arrangement for my mother's funeral. She was extremely helpful and kind. I'm no flower expert. I gave her a vague idea of what I wanted and she brought it wonderfully to life with her skill and creativity. She delivered it ahead of schedule, even taking the time to coordinate on her own with the funeral home to ensure it was there for the service. Thank you so much, Chris and Thornapple Floral! You need to try the chicken. Otto’s chicken is completely different than what you can get from the grocery store, it’s well worth the drive. Make sure to bring a cooler and stock up! They also have a great selection of sausages. ~Ed
