I called to inquire about hardwood availability. The woman that answered the phone stated that they had all kinds of hardwood in stock. I drove to the store and the employee managing the lumber yard stated that they don’t have any hardwood in stock. Update: Improved to 3 stars. Customer service is great. Went in and bought $1k worth of tools and supplies. The jamoke behind the counter sells me a 300 dollar pneumatic nailer, but doesn’t tell me that it does not come with the air hose fitting. I wish that I could give these clowns negative stars. ~AG
