This place has went downhill over the years. New employees all the time. Some of them are very rude and act like it's inconvenient to wait on customers. I usually only go for gas now and I pay at the pump just to avoid going in. I understand people need to work and don't always have the best work environment but I saw the cashier get mad at 3 people because she misunderstood. I could understand that happening once but not every single time I've been in there. I'm a creature of habit so I will continue to get my gas there and attempt to avoid the inside. ~Crystal

Moved to the area about 6 months ago. Policy enforcement seems to be based off of which cashier you get and what kind of mood they're in. The evening crew has never given me any kind of issues like I had this morning. They seem to be happier and kinder all around. I'll only go at my usual time from now on when I can count on consistently nice customer service. ~Olivia

I went here yesterday. They were understaffed, but that is to be expected and it personally didn’t bother me. The hot chocolate was exquisite! I also enjoyed the pancakes and breakfast sandwich. The staff were very nice and they did their best to serve everyone even with their low staff count. I would definitely recommend this restaurant to people who didn’t feel like spending a pretty penny on a more mainstream restaurant experience. The ambience was enjoyable and their music choices were pretty good. The food is delicious and well fitting the price. Overall, it was a rather pleasant experience. Note: Both I and my boyfriend got two meals, that’s why the cost was so high. ~Oliver
