No one will answer the phone. Been waiting months on my taxes and no answers as to why. It finally comes and they sent it to the wrong account account now have to wait longer. Will not use H&R block again. Especially for the price. Wish I could get my money back but don't see that happening ~Megan

Very nice gentleman scanned my truck for an error code when my check engine light came on. It made me at ease that there was no real issue going on and sure enough, it reset itself later on that day. ~BJ

the guys and the woman in the office were great. I set up financing and was in and out no problems. They helped me load the bike in my truck with a 3 piece truck ramp. A lovely family ran small business, even the grandson offered to help. Definitely worth the trip to Petoskey. A great team of people to work with. Would use them again 100% and would recommend you buy your next bike with them. ~William
