We needed a rotisserie chicken for opening football. I called the night before she asked me what time I said 1pm. Sunday at 1pm my Husband walked in, they just pulled it off the rotisserie. It was PERFECT! The skin so good and the breast so juicy! Highly recommended ~Sherry
