I understand a hot & ready is only $5... but whoever was making pizzas tonight (8/12/21) has absolutely zero pride in their work. Ordered $60 worth of stuff for my family and all 3 pizzas from my order look this bad. ~Jessica
Domino's Pizza
Just went to Domino's at this location. 12/7. The wait staff was nice and professional. I ordered via the app, and the app indicates you will receive a reward if you are an rewards person. At the very least based on the information on the app you will receive a reward, maybe a cookie or lava cake or something similar. Well I did not receive anything. Went on to have a conversation with the manager. After a lengthy conversation it was determined that this is based on a random selection based algorithms. Heaven forbid with algorithms being on the Forefront of many conversation it's almost pitiful to imagine one person receiving and one-person not as there are implications on how randomly it is selected. Additionally it was not implied nor said on the app. Thank you Brad, manager of the store for the explanation. As many times I frequent this specific location, this is my very first time I heard of such AND it is not mentioned in the app, so I am to believe suddenly there is a random selection process. I believe I need to take my patronage to either a different location or a place beyond Domino's. I do enjoy the location on Middlebelt and 5 Mile. Wonderful people and you get a reward for your patronage. And about the picture below... Well, ~G.A

Not going back there. The lady working (seems to always be the same one) couldn't take the time to let me know the only priority envelopes were back there with her. Evidently didn't hear me when I asked to send it priority and tried to do it first class. Charged me an extra $3 for an envelope I didn't even need. If she would've just confirmed how I was trying to send it all that could've been avoided. I already had to wait in line twice. Customer service is horrible nowadays. Smh. I don't have time to dispute 3 dollars with someone, but I can see what happened on my receipt. This lady deducted the change I got from the first transaction, from the second transaction-- instead of deducting the amount she charged me for the mistake, which was hers. Then when I came back in and asked about it, told me it's on my receipt and that basically I can figure it out on my own. Well I did.. and she ripped me off for 3 dollars. I even tried to give back the first receipt when I first noticed she didn't send it priority. She decided she would modify it and have me "pay the difference ".. Well don't ever accept that option, because people either can't count nowadays, try to get over, or are just under too much pressure to care. Maybe she thought she'd just charge me for her inconvenience. At any rate, to all, please take some pride in your jobs. All this because SHE didn't listen carefully enough to what I was asking for in the first place. I would hate to have a review like this written about me, and won't ever return to that location unless I have no other choice. I'm sure this is the same woman I see multiple negative reviews about. I honestly don't understand why she still works there. She must be someone in a high position's aunt or something. For a supposed reputable post office that's been there for so long, they could do a lot better. ~Reign
