Had a hard time getting my mail. The lady at the counter acted like I was bothering her. I tried to get a smile out of her but was unsuccessful, a personality of a stone. They wouldn't deliver a large package from Amazon because I didn't have my mail box up yet but I did have the address posted clearly at the road. The packages were heavy it was a cabinet. When I went to pick it up from the post office she made the comment (I don't know why you just didn't buy it from. A furniture store) Really? She should not be the face of the Wellston post office she has no customer service skills. She may be good at everything else I would not know but they need someone else at the counter. ~Denise
