Worst bank I have ever used. 3 days to clear bank to bank transfers. Every other bank it is instant or no more than 1 day. Opened an account and it took them 3 weeks to get me my bank card. They lost the bank card for the other user on the account and it’s been MIA since. Can’t pay for your HULU because their time limits for payouts is screwed. Lost or stolen card? Get ready to wait a while for the card and if you ask to expedite the card it will cost you $80.00. Every other bank it is either free or $5-10.00. Need to change any information on your account you have to go to the branch. Most other banks you can either call or do it on-line. And their mobile app is something used by banks over 10 years ago. Go elsewhere. ~Cindy
