Their customer service was great. Very kind. Pedicure was ok at best. Manicure ok at best. My cuticles were left looking half decent, gel polish on finger nails turned out to be lumpy. Lost one whole gel color on toe next day (they repaired it) finger chipped day 4. Massages were poor barely even a massage.... Rushed and seemed to just want me out of there.
