We have been doing business with Paul for the last 10 years and we actually enjoy our visit with him in spite of it being tax time. He is very thorough, and explains everything about why we either have to pay in or why we are getting a refund. Sherry, the receptionist, is also very customer friendly and we enjoy our time talking to her. ~Rose

Really displeased. Staff is rude. I was told to call in prescriptions, which I have before for my mother. I work all week in staples and she lives in long prairie, I don't have time during the week to come get her medications, and if you don't pick them up within a week of calling them in, they put them back. No courtesy call to tell you, "Hey, you have an order ready, you have so many days before we return it." I didn't appreciate the attitude I got today from one of the staff. Been using this pharmacy for 20 years, but I'm really disgusted with how I was treated today. Have a little empathy. You're not the only ones who are busy and short staffed. ~Vanya
