I am the son of a resident at Medford Senior care who has been at this facility since 2014. I have seen a couple of negative reviews of the place and am disturbed by them. All the staff and owners have always been very courteous and helpful to my mother and myself and have made her stay there pleasant and enjoyable. They take care of her needs wonderfully. I have nothing but good things to say about Medford Senior Care. ~Mike
