They used to be good but have really slipped. We just moved and I tried to transfer my families' prescriptions to a new pharmacy. My new pharmacy has called 4 times and I have called once and CVS Medina had either been unwilling or just too incompetent to transfer the prescriptions. My daughters health problems are life threatening and requiring multiple prescriptions. When I called to ask what was going on they were hostile and rude. Don't use this pharmacy. My daughter could die without her medication and they just did not care. ~Stacy

We arrived 20 minutes to closing, and were treated like Kings! Super pleasant and courteous guy behind the counter, was happy to let us dine in, even though his shift was ending, and thanked us for stopping by. Most restaurants would have a bad attitude towards the last minute guy, but not here. Incredibly clean restrooms and dining room. Best subway I've ever walked into. ~Inman
