In the past, the dining area and bathrooms were clean and the service times were usually quick. They seem to concentrate on the drive thru and forget about inside customers. Management seems to have a "disconnect" with customer contact and ignores service gaps. Up until recently, the food was fresh and hot and probably the only thing that I could question is check the catsup before you dispense in those little cups as the last time I was in there I was extremely watered down and sprayed all over my cuff of my shirt. ~Jim
