Aren't the clerks taught some customer service? It is customary and correct to appreciate the customer with a thank you when receiving. This has been experienced several times at Proctor store #27. Seems like it's more important for staff to price a cookie than serve the customer with a modicum of respect. It's no wonder Kwik Trip is beating you as the competition. ~Randy
