Very happy, I called to order a new rim after mine broke. They told me I had a bend or break warranty on the wheel I didn't know I had. They replaced the wheel for free. That was a very pleasant surprise. ~Foxstang

Rented a 6x12 enclosed UHaul trailer from them. Hooked up to the truck and found one of my trailer plugin wires was broken. Jim went in and got a new connector and his tools and had it fixed and working in about 5 minutes. Very happy with the service and the rental experience. Would definitely rent from them again. ~Bert
