I came to the building to cancel my membership in person sometime back in early August, waited 20 minutes for a manager to come help me at the front desk because the two person there do not know how to cancel my membership. Didn't mind it. That manager looked up my information and said my membership is cancelled. I confirmed it with her that I won't be billed anymore and she said I would not be billed.
Today (1 month later & after I am going to a different gym), I was billed again. I called in to their billing office and was told that I still have an active membership, and that they could not reimburse me or do anything about it except to cancel my membership, because 'I did not have any record of coming in to cancel my membership'. Apparently to them I never came in to cancel my membership even though I was there in person and talked with 3 different employees. Such BS. My experience with other gyms with much lower prices gave me much better experience. Keep my money for this month, because that's the last that you guys will be seeing from my friends, family, and I. ~Sia
