Big M Transportation/ Diesel Express white color scam. We talked at 10am, and they asked for a truck ASAP. Rate confirmation states 8am-3pm Truck arrives at shipper at 11am and gets loaded at 7 pm. After 6 days asking for 6 hours detention per industry standards, and 6 days evading me. I finally got a hold of Brittney Belue, General Manager. This nice lady told me that because it is FCFS 8-3 they pay detention after 3pm. :) She earned 1St place on our do not use list. Use them if you really need them, or not even then. ~Truck
