Westmoreland sold me, an unknowing female, a donut tire claiming that it was a regular tire. He slick quickly put it on my dodge durango storage rack, as he repaired another tire for my truck. I didn't realize it until I had a flat and got ready to use the regular tire. I had paid him for repair of 1 and 1 new/used tire, which turned out to be a used donut. He takes advantage of female consumers. ~Gloria
