After 15 minutes of trying to set up my online banking I decided to call and get help.lady seemed nice at first, but once I started trying to tell her that everything she was telling me to do, I had already tried. She then proceeds to say in a very condescending voice "would you just listen to me." NO MA'AM WOULD YOU IN FACT JUST LISTEN TO ME. lady was so rude I ended up hanging up the phone and saying screw it. Don't be in your line of profession if you are going to be rude and impatient with people. Considering closing my account and going to a bank with kindness and patience. ~heather
