I am glad to call Kahoka State Bank my bank but I would like to make a couple of kind suggestions especially for telephone conversations.Number one, please speak slower especially to the elderly. Number two, Be kinder with responses to the elderly as we have a lot to learn about this new fast paced tech era AND we do not learn as fast . You younger folks grew up in this era and we are from a whole other culture, please help us and slow down to our pace if only for a few minutes.
