The propane driver is fine but Joanna, the woman is the office is unfriendly. My last bill was dropped off on June 29. My check wasn't processed until July 8th. I got late charges. I called and was told I had a zero balance. No! I got another bill with late charges on top of late charges. I am unhappy with the MFA local accounting. Joanna never apologizes. Everything is the customer's fault and she offers no solutions. ~Jann
