I called to make sure that the Seneca Veternary Clinic was open and if I needed an appointment. The lady that answered the phone was talking so fast it was hard to understand everything she was saying. When I said, I'm sorry your talking so fast I am having trouble understanding you. She was a bit rude. I was calling for my elder Uncle. I hope they aren't rude to him when he talks with him. You would think since the public is what keeps their doors open that they wouldn't be so rude. ~Tammy
