Had to wait months for some of my tools that I ordered for school. Then it's a hassle to warranty broken tools with LIFETIME warranty. On top of that I tried to return a tool I didn't need and they refused. Not open and never used and refused service. I seriously regret purchasing thousands of dollars worth of tools here for the lack of customer service. ~Clark
