Charlie is great and most of their staff is very nice and friendly. I love shopping at this store and buying their chicken on a stick. I do have a complaint about an employee she is skinny and a somewhat older lady w/ glasses at the Deli seems to be very rude to some of the customers there. I see her in the Loudon Store sometimes too. My friend and I went there one day and he was sitting at a table inside eating a slice of pizza he just bought and having a conversation with one of the other employees and the lady with glasses told my friend that they couldn't hang out there and they needed to leave. Needless to say if people can't sit at a table inside and eat a slice of pizza they bought from you then you probably shouldn't have inside seating. My friend was very upset upset and now refuses to return to the store. I haven't ever tried eating at a table but probably wouldn't after seeing that happen. When employees push customers away that spend 100s and 1000s of dollars at your business on gas, diesel, food, soda, beer and cigarettes I don't think it should be an issue to sit down inside and eat a slice of pizza they buy from you or to be sociable with an employee. I saw it happen to them if it was me I'd feel the same way. But I personally have no issues with the store...but that lady who is rude and never has a smile on her face shouldn't be working in customer service especially at busy stores like Belmont & Loudon ~Stacy

Bought a car from him about a month ago, fast, professional and affordable. Was honest about the issues with a car we were potentially interested even though it meant down selling us to a cheaper option. 10/10 recommend. ~destiny

Really good, home made, small batch ice cream in a variety of interesting flavors. They rotate their flavors periodically too. The ice cream was smooth and creamy and dense with very little air. It had a great texture. We tried several flavors. The reverse chip and the cookie dough were just ok but the peanut butter with peanut butter cups was great (really good peanut butter ice cream with tons of PB cups). The price per person averaged about $6.00. ~Marc

This is a great storage facility. We stored our diesel truck and 20ft trailer here. The owners are wonderful people here, very understanding and flexible with time when we want to either check on things or pull one of the two vehicles out of storage. We wanted a safe, reliable and temperature controlled facility. Definitely recommend and will continue to use them in the future.
