Not open 24 hours a day. Standing outside for 15 minutes while an employee was getting stuff set up. I thought she was just being rude, but some delivery guys told me they don’t open till 6am. Employee could have walked to the door to tell me they don’t open till 6 since she clearly saw me. There are no convenience hours posted outside the door. I still come here, since it’s close and easy. ~Eric

I went in, paid cash for my simple order of two muffins and two donuts. I stood there for 20 minutes while 5 people behind the counter looked busy. Finally I asked if they forgot my order. Daaaaaaaa ~Carol

I was hoping to find that Northwood Garage was the place I could start bringing my vehicles since we just moved into Lee last year. I brought my truck to them for an inspection and to look into a few other issues the truck was having. It failed inspection for 3 easy fixes which is fine. I decided to save $100 and fix them myself. I go back and they charge me a $25 re-inspection fee which I had never heard of before. I called around to other shops and dealers and none of them ever charge such a fee. They charged me $55.42 to diagnose a front end wobble, a steering wheel shake( Which I told the guy at the desk that it was most likely the steering shaft bearing which is a known issue on these trucks) and a shimmy i get going in reverse. I'm told it needs a steering stabilizer to fix the wobble. I have them install it. I don't think anyone drove the truck after they replaced the stabilizer because on my way home from the garage the wobble was worse and my right front brake caliper was locked up and smoking. i paid $290.42 and got a truck that's inspected and doesn't drive any better than when I brought it in. I also feel like they wanted to punish me for doing the easy fixes myself. EDIT: Replacing the front calipers fixed all the issues I brought the truck in for. I asked them to check the brake system and they told me it was fine. When I took out the brake pads they were all completely cracked on both sides. Not something that happens over night. They also wanted to charge me $90 to replace a spin-on transmission filter that was leaking. I asked if it was just loose and they told me it wasn't and that the filter was bad. Cheapest gas around, $.30 cheaper than Shell, and a good $.10 cheaper than Irving, plus they have hot and ready pizza and fried chicken. I'm personally not into Dunks, but it's here too. Say Hi to Mike while there, he'll put a smile on your face! ~Patrick

We came with a family group ranging from very fit to beginner and from 25 to 65 years of age. Everyone had an absolute blast! The staff was super encouraging and helped everyone to do their best. We all left really proud of ourselves for doing more than we thought we could and can’t wait to go back in the future! Highly recommend!! ~Becky

Ok this the worst usps office i have ever seen ,crazy lazy grumpy staff holding our mail without even notifying us ,leaving our mail box open on a rainy day for our mail to get wet and ruined all the time ,keep complaining none happen ,staff si lazy needs an hour lunch break what a joke ~Kal

America needs more family businesses like this. This is hands down the best antique store I’ve ever been to. Each year my family heads up to our camp for an “old fashion Christmas” and each year we stop by Eagle Antiques to pick up the necessary supplies (ornaments, Christmas records, even our phonograph!) The owners are real hard working, honest Americans and I always enjoy talking with them when we stop by. ~bill
