Just got a card and signed my mother as someone who also has control of it. The man who was helping was leaving the job so he was rushing us through the process. We both got random pin numbers and now I am stuck in another state without a card. They messed up not only my new card, but my mother's old card. ~logan

I came to pick up an online order and was greeted so kindly by the staff, and they quickly grabbed it. The woman was so sweet, the gentleman that grabbed my items, Sam, was so helpful and kind, as well as the other gentleman at the counter. They all offered tips on how to remedy my problem, and made the experience so pleasant! Definitely my go to car parts store, and highly recommend them!
