Fantastic experience. Spent a lot of time in showroom with many questions before we decided what we wanted. They were patient and knowledgeable. Got delivery today in pouring rain. Delivery and assembly was seamless. Covered my floor to avoid getting it wet and removed wet shoes at the door. Angel was professional, courteous and did a full demonstration when done. Angela was awesome! Everyone in the store was very friendly. They are very knowledgeable about the beds. We had went the first time to get some information and when we came back to order the bed, Angela remembered us. They are not pushy, we provided them with what we are looking for the bed to provide and they gave us information about each type and understood our needs. Very happy with STS Mavis Metuchen. I’ve been taking my Ford and Hyundai here for a year for oil changes and tune ups. They have always been kind, quick and professional. Especially appreciative for Tommy; he went the extra mile to get the suspension maintenance done promptly despite parts not being delivered on time.
