I went to Hyundai of South Brunswick to look at a used 2018 Jeep Compass with a manual transmission on Presidents’ Day. I first inquired online about availability and test driving the car and received a call right away from Bernardo letting me know the car was available and I could come in that day to test drive it. When I got to the dealer I met Brianna. She is the type of salesperson you want when buying a car. Friendly, knowledgeable, not pushy, goes out of her way to make your experience a good one. Max in finance was great too. He explained everything in detail and did not try to push me into adding on any extras i didn’t want. I came here to fill up my tank and paid cash, My gas came to 34 so I gave the attendant a $50 bill and then he proceeded to ask me for an extra dollar which I thought was strange but I gave it to him and in return he gave me $15 change and he did not think I would realize so I pulled away and when I realized what he did I reversed back and told him he gave me the wrong amount of money and he proceeded to just give me one dollar back and I pulled out my calculator and showed him that he had to give me back $17 because I gave him $51 in the end he did give me my money back but the other attendant was also talking to him in his language and they were laughing. This is not acceptable behavior and I will not come back to this gas station again I proceeded to tell the attendant he shouldn’t do that ever again to anybody because you should not take peoples money without them giving you a tip. ~Migdalia

Been here for a replacement for my front brakes and a caliber. The engineer was really transparent with his work and charged me with a reasonable price (judging by the quotes I got from other shops). He replaced my brakes with the original equipment from the manufacturer and he completed it in half a day. Honestly kudos! ~Yusuf

By far the worst experience in my life. They barely gave me updates. Never asked me to come in and go over any of the paperwork they had sent me. No compassion that I was a first time buyer and was not familiar with this process. They stalled several times resulting in my closing date to be pushed further and further away. They did not make sure to outline closing costs up until the very end. Very unorganized and quick to get you off the phone. When I called them to ask why I hadn’t heard from them they told me because they took my phone number down wrong. *that should’ve been the first red flag* and after they made me fill out paperwork and send it back to them for several weeks they came back to tell me they had tried applying with a loan company that doesn’t do co-ops. That was the first thing that was made clear to them by my realtor and myself. When I asked them questions about some of the mortgage documents and the dollar amounts they simply said “don’t worry those numbers change all the time”. *that should’ve been the second red flag* When I called them to find out why months have gone by and there still hasn’t been any signs of a result they told me “this is a co-op and it is under 100k, it is very small and that we are doing you a favor”. A favor!? I was under the impression we were doing business. Do not do business with this company or let them do you any favors. Please for your sake as homebuyer, find financing elsewhere. A process that should’ve taken about a month resulted in more than 3 months of waiting and shoveling papers around with no one to keep you up to date or informed in regards to your loan and ultimately ended up in the loss of attaining a property I had been looking at for about a year. ~Alfredo
