Ok, they have a lot of problem with type the speedway numbers or alternative ID sometimes. But anyway it's regular service i think they can get 2.5 rating. About store well it's 4. About good quality. You can call luck. Have few employees doing a good and bad work depends if you got luck to have good or bad service. ~Frederico

My dog had to get his shots updated and they were very nice gave me a good appointment time and wait wasn't that bad at all. Also the Dr informed me about Bentley (my dog) has some dental work and they have payment arrangements. I get em groomed there also and of course like all dogs do there little shake n bake routine that they are going to die getting a trim and shampoo. He still is very relaxed. Highly recommend. ~Kool

If you ever see an older guy by the name of Steve, run! Piss poor service, I felt pure anger from this worker because I was ordering 1 sandwich. While he was making my sub the lack of care was very evident. Im sorry I said everything and didn't want peppers, I didn't need to be reprimanded saying well then don't say everything... I sould have asked to speak to a supervisor and have them make me another. Instead I kindly said thank you as he almost threw my sandwich at me like here and get the F outta my face for having me do my job. Worst service I have ever received from Wegmans. ~grouperr

I really like big lots but this time was not a good experience. I was looking for a couch and I finally found the perfect one here! It was a Broyhill, absolutely perfect and what I was looking for. The downside is they only had the floor model available and they weren't willing to knock off anymore money. God only knows who sat on it and when we lifted the cushions, it was so dirty. One of the legs was a little messed up too so it was a no go from me. If they were willing to work with me, I might have bought it, but for that amount of money, I want a NEW couch, not a floor model that has been used. ~Nikki
