Haven't dealt with the fredicksburg location but I love my guns although I haven't shot them and not sure if I will. I will be building a custom wooden box to display them as dueling guns.. the action feels so smooth and high quality all around. The one thing I don't care for is the box they came in cheap and paper box.. not worthy of the item inside ~Texas
