Took almost a week to schedule an appointment because they didn't pick up the phone (understandable) and refuse to call back or respond to voice-mails( not so much), they say so right in their answering machine. I kept trying because I saw the reviews and also the convenience driving wise. They didn't file my dogs claws after clipping them so they were very sharp, somewhat defeating the purpose for me. The shearing work was good, except for some long hair they missed on the edge of the belly and on one of the paws, no biggie anyway. The bandana they put on was a nice touch though haha but all of it definitely wasn't worth the price for me (65, cash only). Very friendly staff though. ~Eddie

D was my stylist. She is so fun! We happily chatted together and got along really well. I have long very thick hair and the cut I wanted is tricky, but D pulled it off no problem! She has special training in long hair. I will definitely go back! ~Victoria
