Very good food and nice staff. Yes, busy place and you might wait a bit, but for good reason. Five stars almost specifically for the salsa. It’s fantastic, just the right blend of sweet, spicy, vinegar-y and tomato-y. Bought a cup of it on my way out for home. ~CC

Over the last couple of years the store manager has taken this from an ok place to stop for gas to an all around clean fast and friendly store. Yea few times it's busy and can take a bit longer to get in and out but that's what happens when you can't get enough good people willing to put in the work. Ill start by saying THE WHOLE STAFF IS AMAZING and that is the only reason I am considering staying at this Bank as they have changed to PNC. My account is a mess due to this horribly planned transition. BBVA was amazing. Never had an issue. If you aren't currently with this bank I highly recommend you do not bank here. It is a complete mess due to PNC top level management. Hope they fix this or they may see many people leave. ~John

We were driving from Roswell to Ruidoso on a fishing trip and we broke down in front of their shop. They helped us call local shops, find the part we needed, and serviced the truck with a badass attitude. Wholesome down to earth guys! Definitely know what customer service is about. Prices are a little steep on some things but this is a fun place to walk around. They have an eclectic mix of items. Staff were very friendly and I loved the honesty in their mask mandate sign. ~Amanda

Caring and efficient vaccination clinic! The pharmacists were wonderful about scheduling our vaccinations together so we wouldn't have to wait as long, and given the vast amount of government paperwork that needed to be done, the whole process went very smoothly. The staff worked very hard to get everyone taken care of (not easy given distancing requirements), and did it politely, considerately, and efficiently. Never even felt the shot. I've been banking with this location for many years. I love going there. They all know you when you walk in. There is no, "let me see your ID." thing going on. Its a true home town bank. They go out of their way to help even with a phone call to you is needed. They will have on display once a month a local business owner's information and product. I don't know why that other review was written with such bad comments, but if you look at her other reviews they are nearly the same. She seems to always have rude customer service, maybe its her... This bank is nothing like she described! ~Janet

My package was sent to the Ruidoso post office, I went over there to pick it up, they instructed me to go to the Ruidoso Downs post office the package was sent there. Nancy at the Ruidoso Downs post office said the package was still at the Ruidoso post office, she offered to drive over there and get it for me. I left my name and number with her. She just called stating the package made it to the Ruidoso Downs post office and she put it in a parcel locker and I can pick it up at anytime! Nancy went out of her way displaying excellent customer service. I am in hopes her superior sees this and gives her a bonus or a raise. Thank you Nancy!!! ~Catherine
