My wife and my ATM cards were not working so we went to the branch to rectify. They claimed to order us new cards, but they never arrived. I called the branch manager three times (over 2 months) and she has not returned my calls. I even said that I wanted information on refinancing in my last message - still no call. I eventually called the 800 number for customer service and they said I would have to go to another local branch to file a complaint. ~Mark
