Experience getting package ready to ship was exceptional. However, everything after was less than adequate. Paid for express 1 day delivery, but package has still not been delivered and the tracking information has not been updated. Called support number only to be told "we only know what you already told us". Package was logged at 8:42 am on 8/10. Never left for Syracuse hub until after 3pm. Departed Syracuse at 8:44 pm in transit to Harrisburg, Pa (a 3 hour drive). Package was guaranteed to be delivered by 6 pm today, 8/11. However, tracking has not been updated and they have no clue where it is. The best part - I am to wait 7 -15 days before filing a claim to get the $43.00 express mail fee returned. Even better - the package had frozen vegetables that will no longer be frozen and more than likely rotten depending on when it is located. I have not used USPS in a long time and am reminded once again to stop using their service. Update: 8/13 and still no word in the package and no updates in tracking. Appears to have been stolen at the syracuse distribution facility. UPDATE: 8/16 still no updates on tracking and USPS closed the case opened with not actually resolving anything or refunding the money to send overnight- almost a week later and still no clue where the package is. ~Brenda
