The customer service lady On duty today 28th Febuary 2022 at 4:55pm is not well trained and lack customer service experience. She is not professional and she is rude anytime dealing with a customer. I think she needs to be cautioned. ~tunde

These men and women are great. Such great service, ever time I’ve delt with them (which is more and more these days) they are honest, upfront and stand behind their good work. They don’t try to up sell me, instead the educate me on why I DIDN’T need the part now so I know what to look out for when I eventually did. They are great to deal with and super patient with me. I could tell something changed with the new owner because all kinds of fancy new a beautiful old cars (plus regular ones like mine) started showing up on the lifts. The mechanics can do anything. A real old school high quality place. I drive from several towns away to get my car worked on and for fuel. Amanda and Anthony have been great to deal with. ~Rbfara

I can't praise these guys high enough. If I could I would give them 6 stars. Everyone is really friendly. Alisha will return your calls; no need to chase them. Adam knows his stuff and is a straight shooter. They never tried to upsell me. Brought the car in today for emissions and maintenance and even though I could only bring it in by 11, because I had meetings. I asked them to have it ready by 4:30pm and lo and behold, 4:15 I get the call, that the car is ready. They even fixed the driver's door which was giving an audible crack every time it opened. I didn't mention that to them, but they noticed and fixed it and didn't even charge me for it. That is the kind of attention to detail that you want as a customer. Stellar work. The teller was sweet and pleasant , although still Wildly unimpressed.. ran out of the house amidst the snowstorm to grab some essentials, realize I had a check in my car made to cash at Wells Fargo. Due to the nature of the storm and rushing I left the house without my current license. Had numerous other forms of ID, bankcard old license work ID. And they refused to cash my check The check was made out to cash and was merely $50. This whole interaction seemed nonsensical considering they took thumbprint and I can literally do a mobile deposit onlineManager continue to trip over words and suggested I go all the way home and make it back in 10 minutes. I now know why don’t bank with them. This lady Would rather me rush home in the snowstorm, great way to treat a customer! ~Art
