not sure who has worse customer service. this place or Auto Expo. Mavis serviced my new purchases used car from Auto Expo. Horrible service. they destroyed one rim and tried to sneak it by switching with spair rim and did not notify me. They ruined a tire and replaced it with a tire that failed insoection. Don't use them. ~Jim
