Jerry Dell Farm

I have a very mixed review of Jerry Dell. I was looking for a farm that had raw milk. They even have a sign out front touting the fact they have raw milk. I went to the store on a Friday afternoon, there was no one else there beside the woman working the counter. The first issue I came across was that they don't accept credit cards. I normally don't bring this up because I know the costs associated with taking credit cards, but when you are selling cuts of meat the cost can get high very quickly it only makes sense to allow the use of credit cards. As a result I only had $7 in cash on me, which lucky for me was just the right amount for a gallon of raw milk. I had to fill out a form and then I had to also talk to Jamie. However, when I tried to call Jamie no response. I had the woman at the counter try and call Jamie, no response. I gave her my contact information and she said she would have Jamie call me. By Tuesday the following week I still had not received any call. I did end up buying some eggs instead, since I had enough cash for those, so I didn't leave empty handed. I really had high hopes for this place, but was let down by the service. I feel they have a quality product and I will return to try this again. ~Scott
