TD Bank representatives don't know how to do the job. They don't know how escrow account works and charge the maintenance on it. The communication between the branch and their main office / online support is very poor. The account never gets open correctly and after 10 errors they go through the same errors again. They send the statements by mail when it is confidential information and the account is paperless. The entire process from opening the account, maintenance, statements, customer support, everything is poorly organized. Would never recommend this bank. UPDATES. I called 800 number for customer support on the same issue that the branch cannot handle. The rep transferred the call where nobody is picking up. Customer care is not their priority. TD BANK IS NOT THE BANK YOU WOULD LIKE TO DEAL WITH! ~Viktoria
