beyond clueless when you call them, they say “okay” to needing a refill or having a prescription ready. When you go to pick it up and it is never ready so you have to wait or come back. No matter the time of day they are NEVER attentive to the drive thru pick up. Pretty much always cars in line for 30+ minutes depending on how many cars in front of you because no one checks the window , has a clue what they’re doing , or has peoples prescriptions ready. My mother and I moved to the island back in February and she has a lot of medical issues so is constantly needing to pick up prescriptions or have them delivered and they make the experience a nightmare from start to finish. ~Leah
