We have a family owned cottage 2 minutes from echos. I've been coming here since I was a kid (25 now), and this place will always hold a special place in my heart. Food is great, staff is friendly for the most ppart. Hope this place stays up and running forever! ~Maryann

Fred is an amazing person. I called him in desperation because my previous solar contractor demonstrated he had no interest in helping me out of a dire situation with batteries. Fred didnt know me at all, I was not a customer of his but he was on it immediately. I received call backs from him in an extremely timely fashion.. He helped me find the most cost effective way to solve my problem and had my new batteries installed the same day . Now I'm sure he can't solve every problem that quickly but at least you can count on someone who will always follow up with you, like I said, in a timely manner which is such a relief if you've ever tried to get customer service from someone who really didnt care about their customers. Anyway, thanks Fred. I can't thank you enough. ~terry
