I've worked in customer service my entire life and have never treated a customer the way that the closing staff treated my family tonight. They were rude and unprofessional maybe this makes me mad because I am aware of customer service standards and if someone comes in before close to purchase literally two items and leave you let them do that without screaming at them how many minutes you have left. I've been a waitress I've worked in fast food I've done retail and if someone comes in, you let them. Without screaming at them and then chasing them out of the store, when she was told she was getting reported she told us that she already gets reported all the time, and to go ahead and try lmao I get it that people have bad days but that is not how you handle yourself when you are at work. She literally stood outside screaming at us as we left. Longer dark hair and glasses. Didn't get her name because we were just trying to get our stuff and leave we didn't look around we were out the door by 8 which is when they close and they also screamed at the person coming in as we were leaving that they only had one minute. This makes me so upset that not only did this woman do this to my step dad and I but also my mother. ~Josephine

My wife and I both on different days have found the tall, thin gray haired pharmacist to be very rude! After surgery my wife stopped to pick up my prescriptions, one was not filled, it was a $7.43 prescription, she said the pharmacist was very rude. I had to call the following day and have it filled, the same pharmacist was very rude to me too. Why wasn’t this filled the first time or at least given us the choice to make? I will probably switch my prescriptions back to Wegmans! ~Jack
