Well equiped little gym open 24/7. It has 11 or 12 cardio machines all with their own TV. Decent free weight room, squat rack squat assist, pull up assist, benches. At $35 a month is comparable to planet fitness in price. Owners are nice and easy to reach. They have free WiFi. ~Sarah

On a recent trip to The Finger Lakes, this was one of our favorite places. They had delicious ciders and food and a cute, outdoor area. My husband and I shared the daily grilled cheese special which included pesto, tomato and bacon on the most amazing bread. We also had the grilled cornbread with jalapeño butter and strawberry butter. Both were absolutely delicious! The staff was friendly and helpful, making this an all-around wonderful experience! ~Cassandra
